Open your GTA IV Directory where you have installed the game.
Create a shortcut of LaunchGTAIV on desktop
right click on the shortcut
Now click or properties
Now click on Shortcut Tab
Now click on Target Box
Copy paste There commands after Giving Space
Now Click on Apply button then OK button
Play the Game Do not forget to Give your Reviews
